What to Expect in Your Free 1-Hour Consultation.
We’ll get to know you through a quick three-part session:
1. Conversation:
We’ll talk about your goals, training background, and any injuries.

2. Movement Assessment:
You’ll go through a few simple movements so we can gauge mobility, strength, and technique.

3. Scheduling & Trainer
At the end, we’ll share our recommendations — and you can decide if it’s a good fit.


PERSONAL TRAINING
After your consultation, you’ll start meeting with your coach typically 2–3 times per week. Each session is designed specifically for you — based on your goals, current ability, and how your body responds over time.
Your program will evolve as you progress, blending strength work, mobility, conditioning, and corrective exercises where needed.

We’ll guide you through every rep, coach you on form, and ensure each phase builds toward long-term success — no guesswork, no wasted effort.
