ARYAN SIAHPOUSHAN
Founder / Personal Trainer
Aryan grew up playing a variety of sports, particularly excelling in tennis. He took up weightlifting in college while pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Although Aryan's career began in consulting, his entrepreneurial instincts and passion for fitness led him back to the weight room. After learning about the physiology and biomechanics of the human body to improve his own training techniques, Aryan worked at Gold's Gym for several years before becoming an independent trainer and creating Method Fitness.
He's determined to help others train more intelligently and sustainably while guided by a foundation of science-backed techniques – something he wishes he had when he first started lifting.
Since then, he has devoted countless hours in continued education and certifications and has coached 150+ clients across all levels, ages, and needs.

MATEO MOORE
Fitness Director / Personal Trainer
Mateo Moore is a certified NASM Personal Trainer. Prior to his weightlifting and fitness career, Mateo was a long time Martial Artist training in 6 different styles.
Upon moving to Blacksburg to attend Virginia Tech and discovering there were no local dojos to continue his martial arts practices at, Mateo turned to weightlifting. It proved to be a smooth transition due to the similarities between the two disciplines, including perfecting form and mental motivation.
He's since immersed himself in learning more about exercise science and is passionate about helping others maximize their performance while minimizing injuries.

EVELINA KAMALOVA
Personal Trainer
Evelina is a certified personal trainer and for over a decade worked in the American Embassy in Moscow where she was responsible for training a wide range of dignitaries and diplomats including the American Ambassador to Russia. Besides traditional weightlifting and fitness routines, she loves to include Functional and TRX Suspension in her workouts.
Evelina is experienced in teaching clients from a wide range of fitness levels, from beginner to expert. She believes in the benefits of variety & motivation in fitness and by using a combination of disciplines, she ensures that every one of her clients receives an individualized, challenging, and fun workout.

NOAH D'ANGELO
Personal Trainer
Noah is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Noah grew up in an active family, participating in soccer, basketball and track throughout high school. His weight training started as early as eight to prepare the body for the toll sports can take. After injuring his knee, Noah was fascinated by the idea of using exercise to heal the body and improve function within day-to-day life.
Despite starting his professional career as a mental health worker, Noah has transitioned his aspirations into personal training. From his degree at Penn State, Noah built a foundational knowledge of human anatomy and movement science. That education, paired with his passion to help individuals live a happier, healthier life, has led Noah to a career path that he has taken in stride.
Noah’s goal is to provide a friendly face, unrivaled motivation, and a strong base of knowledge to each and every client that walks through the door. New to the area, Noah spends his free time exploring the NOVA area for intriguing eateries, breweries, and entertainment.

ALEXANDER ELLIS
Personal Trainer
Alex is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Growing up, fitness was in the form of organized sports for Alex, specifically basketball. His passion for health & wellbeing continued in the form of strength training while serving in the United States Air Force.
During service, Alex sustained a handful of injuries and was recommended to begin resistance training to prevent anything chronic. He took it upon himself to become better versed in how to approach proper programming and exercise technique, and experienced the benefits himself.
Alex is incredibly passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals, while feeling health & happy. His approach is to master the foundational movement patterns, working with comprehensive compound lifts, and supplementing with isolated exercises to hone in on specific areas.
In addition to being a trainer, Alex is also going back to school to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.

CHRISTIAN CHRISTOFFERSEN
Personal Trainer
Christian is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After a career in the optical field, Christian wanted to transfer his interpersonal skills into his passion for health & fitness.
Like many, his entrance into this field began with him seeking improvement in his own physical well-being. After seeing & feeling the positive effects himself, he began seeking further education in order to help others.
Christian became certified and obtained a speciality in Senior Fitness, which emphasizes motor control, body awareness, and stability/balance training. He takes those components, as well as foundational strength training exercises, and integrates them in to his programming for all of his clients.

JEFF PETERSON
Personal Trainer
Jeff is a Personal Trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Growing up, he participated in sports including soccer, basketball, and hiking in order to maintain good health. Following injuries that limited his ability to engage in those activities, he became passionate about educating himself on proper strength training to help improve his joint and muscle function.
Upon graduating from Syracuse University, Jeffrey's passion has turned to helping others improve their own health & fitness through properly executed and thought out resistance training.

MICHAEL BOGDAN
Personal Trainer
Michael is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and although he participated in sports growing up, his entrance in to the fitness industry came later more as a result of feeling the effects of a busy work life.
Michael transitioned to Personal Training after a career in management as the COO of a Coffee Company. What began as a pursuit of personal wellness, grew into a desire to help others improve their health & longevity. Having come from a sedentary career, Michael understands that small sustainable changes can impact life in a big way.
Michael spends his free time as a busy military spouse and father of four children.
