INTRO NUTRITION SESSION
During your complimentary 30-minute Intro Session with Emily, our in-house Registered Dietitian, we'll get to know you better via a three-part assessment:

1. NUTRITION ASSESSMENT
First, we will see where you currently are with your nutrition - including typical dietary intake, problem areas/barriers, and medical history. ​
​
2. FOCUS AREAS/GOAL SETTING
From there, we will work together to set specific targets in areas including meal planning, weight management, and improving relationships with food.

3. NUTRITION PROGRAMMING OUTLINE
We will outline which package we recommend (options below) based on the information laid out above, as well as what metrics we will track to evaluate your progress!
